Aqualis moves forward with proposed Euronext Growth Oslo listing

Aqualis ASA has initiated the process of transferring its shares from Euronext Oslo Børs to Euronext Growth Oslo, with the exchange confirming receipt of the company’s delisting application.
The confirmation from Euronext Oslo Børs follows Aqualis’ announcement that its Board of Directors had decided to proceed with the proposed transfer. The company intends to complete the process before the end of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
The move follows authorisation granted by shareholders at Aqualis’ annual general meeting on 27 May 2026. That authorisation was conditional on eligible shareholders being able to retain their shares in Norwegian share savings accounts following the transfer.
Proposed transfer remains subject to approval
Aqualis decided to initiate the process after the Norwegian Government confirmed, in its National Budget published on 7 October 2026, its intention to extend share savings account eligibility to shares traded on Euronext Growth Oslo from 1 January 2027.
The company also received confirmation that existing shareholders would be able to continue holding their shares in their current share savings accounts following the proposed transfer.
Aqualis expects to submit its application for admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo during the fourth quarter of 2026. The delisting from Euronext Oslo Børs is conditional upon approval of that application.
According to Aqualis, its Board considers Euronext Growth Oslo more appropriate for the company’s current size and stage of development. The company expects the market’s regulatory framework to reduce listing-related costs and administrative requirements.
The shares will remain listed on Euronext Oslo Børs until the conditions for the transfer have been satisfied. Aqualis expects trading to continue without interruption during the transition.
The exchange’s confirmation establishes that the delisting application has been received, not that the delisting or transfer has been approved. The company has yet to announce the final trading dates for either marketplace.
