Enstructure appoints regional presidents following LOGISTEC acquisition

Enstructure has appointed four Regional Presidents to oversee its expanded North American marine terminal network following the acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division.
The new leadership structure covers 106 marine terminals across the United States and Canada, extending from the US Gulf Coast to the Canadian Arctic. The appointments are intended to strengthen regional management, customer relationships and operational coordination across the combined business.
Patrick Burgoyne has been appointed Chief Development Officer and President, US Gulf Coast, with responsibility for terminal operations spanning Florida’s Gulf Coast to southern Texas. Ryan Grimme has been named Chief Operating Officer and President, US East Coast, overseeing operations from Maine to Florida.
Dan Nisbit has been appointed President, US Inland River, taking responsibility for operations across the inland river network, including the Mississippi River system. Frank Robertson will serve as President, Canada and US Great Lakes, leading the company’s expanded presence across Canadian ports and the Great Lakes region.
Leadership structure supports terminal network integration
The appointments follow Enstructure’s completion of its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division in September 2026, which significantly expanded the company’s geographic coverage and operational capabilities.
The combined business operates terminals across 30 US states and Canadian provinces and employs approximately 6,000 people. Its activities include marine terminal operations, cargo handling, warehousing and other logistics services supporting industrial and commercial supply chains.
Enstructure Co-Chief Executive Officers Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny said the new Regional Presidents bring operational experience, established customer relationships and knowledge of their respective markets.
The company said the regional leadership model is designed to combine local decision-making with the resources of its broader terminal network, supporting customer service and future business development.
Enstructure also plans to continue investing in terminal infrastructure, equipment and its workforce as it integrates the acquired operations and develops its North American network.
