3030 DVD completes extraordinary dividend payment and board warrant subscriptions
3030 DVD AS has completed the payment of an extraordinary dividend of NOK 20.60 per share, amounting to approximately NOK 1.93 billion, following approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on 7 October 2026.
The dividend payment also fulfilled a condition attached to the granting of warrants to three members of the company’s board of directors.
Under the shareholder resolution, a total of 9,350,831 warrants were allocated to the directors, with each warrant providing the right to subscribe for one new share.
Board members subscribe for warrants
Following completion of the dividend payment, the three directors subscribed for their respective warrants in accordance with the terms approved at the extraordinary general meeting.
Chairman Einar J. Greve subscribed for 3,740,333 warrants.
Board member Gunnar Hvammen subscribed for 2,805,249 warrants through Solan Capital AS, while fellow board member Glen Ole Rødland subscribed for 2,805,249 warrants through Corona Maritime AS.
The warrant subscriptions were conditional on the payment of the extraordinary dividend, which the company confirmed had been completed.
The announcement confirms the subscription for the warrants but does not indicate that the rights have been exercised or that new shares have been issued.
