Capital Maritime Finance begins trading on Euronext Athens
Capital Maritime Finance Corp. begins trading on the Main Market of Euronext Athens on 20 October 2026, following the completion of its public offering in Greece.
According to the official announcement by Euronext Athens, a total of 140 million ordinary shares have been admitted to trading under the ticker symbol CMFC, with ISIN MHY1114L1074.
The opening reference price has been set at €7.50 per share, matching the final offer price established during the company’s recent public offering.
Trading follows completion of public offering
The stock market debut follows the completion of Capital Maritime Finance’s public offering on 15 October, through which the company raised €300 million by issuing 40 million new ordinary shares.
The offering attracted strong investor demand, with subscriptions exceeding the number of shares available.
The 140 million shares admitted to trading represent the company’s total listed share capital, rather than the number of shares issued through the public offering.
