# TEN announces quarterly dividend for Series E preferred shares

TEN Ltd., formerly known as Tsakos Energy Navigation, has declared its regular quarterly cash dividend for its Series E Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Shares, with payment scheduled for the end of November 2026.

The company’s Board of Directors approved a dividend of US$0.578125 per preferred share, payable on 30 November 2026 to shareholders of record as of 24 November. The distribution relates specifically to TEN’s Series E preferred shares, which trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TENPRE.

The dividend covers the period from 28 August to 27 November 2026 and represents the 39th distribution on the Series E preferred shares since they began trading on the NYSE. These securities provide for quarterly dividend payments in February, May, August and November, subject to declaration by the company’s Board of Directors.

According to TEN, there were 4,745,947 Series E preferred shares outstanding as of 2 November 2026. Based on the declared amount and the number of outstanding shares, the distribution represents an aggregate payment of approximately US$2.74 million, assuming all outstanding shares remain eligible.

TEN operates a diversified fleet serving the transportation of energy commodities, including crude oil, petroleum products and liquefied natural gas. The company’s pro forma fleet currently comprises 80 vessels with a combined capacity of approximately 10.4 million deadweight tonnes.

The latest declaration continues TEN’s established quarterly distribution schedule for its Series E preferred shareholders. The announcement does not concern a dividend on the company’s common shares.
