GXO Logistics reported higher revenue and net income for the third quarter of 2026, supported by stronger organic growth and an increase in new business wins, although cash generation declined compared with the same period last year.

Revenue reached US$3.6 billion, representing a 5.7% increase from US$3.4 billion in the third quarter of 2025. Organic revenue growth was 6.4%, the company’s strongest performance on this measure in more than three years.

Net income increased to US$65 million from US$60 million a year earlier, while diluted earnings per share rose to US$0.56 from US$0.51. Adjusted EBITDA remained unchanged at US$251 million, although adjusted diluted earnings per share improved to US$0.89 from US$0.79.

The logistics provider also reported US$375 million in new business wins during the quarter, an increase of 34% year over year, marking the second consecutive quarter in which new business wins grew by more than 30%.

### Contract wins support growth outlook

GXO secured more than US$1 billion in new business wins during the first nine months of 2026, while its sales pipeline reached a record US$3.1 billion, increasing by more than 30% compared with the previous year.

Approximately 40% of year-to-date new business wins came from strategic growth sectors, including aerospace and defence, technology, industrial operations and life sciences.

Patrick Kelleher, Chief Executive Officer of GXO, said the company’s strategy was supporting faster organic growth and stronger commercial performance across its core markets.

“In the third quarter, we generated our fastest organic growth in more than three years, increased new business wins by more than 30% for the second consecutive quarter, and expanded our sales pipeline to a record level,” said Patrick Kelleher, Chief Executive Officer of GXO.

GXO is also implementing operational improvements, particularly in North America, alongside productivity initiatives that include the introduction of a unified labour management system and the continued deployment of its GXO IQ technology platform.

These measures are intended to improve operational efficiency and support future margin expansion, although the company’s third-quarter adjusted EBITDA remained level with the corresponding period of 2025.

### Cash flow declines despite stronger earnings

Despite the increase in revenue and net income, GXO recorded lower cash generation during the quarter.

Operating cash flow declined to US$156 million from US$232 million in the third quarter of 2025, while free cash flow decreased to US$85 million from US$187 million.

At the end of September, the company held US$340 million in cash and cash equivalents, excluding restricted cash, while total outstanding debt stood at US$2.8 billion and net debt at US$2.5 billion.

GXO also repurchased US$84 million of its common shares during the quarter, bringing total repurchases for the first nine months of 2026 to US$100 million. A further US$200 million remained available under its existing share repurchase authorisation as of 30 September.

### Full-year guidance maintained

GXO reaffirmed its financial outlook for 2026, forecasting organic revenue growth of 4% to 5% and adjusted EBITDA between US$945 million and US$965 million.

The company also maintained its adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance of US$2.95 to US$3.15 and its free cash flow conversion target of 30% to 40%.

Management is scheduled to present its longer-term strategic priorities and financial framework at an Investor Day on 16 November 2026 at the New York Stock Exchange.

The third-quarter results indicate continued demand for GXO’s contract logistics services and an expanding pipeline of potential business, while the decline in free cash flow and unchanged adjusted EBITDA remain important considerations in assessing the company’s operating performance.
