# FS Logistix expands Click & Log urban delivery service to Milan

FS Logistix has announced the launch of its Click & Log urban logistics service in Milan, extending the operation beyond Rome as the company develops its last-mile delivery activities in Italy.

Click & Log, jointly owned by FS Logistix and Laziale Distribuzione, will provide business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) delivery services for companies operating across Milan’s retail, fashion, hospitality and e-commerce sectors.

The expansion was announced during the opening conference of the Green Logistics Expo trade fair. The Milan operation will be supported by a dedicated logistics facility and a fleet of vehicles intended for urban deliveries, including movements within limited traffic zones.

## Click & Log establishes new logistics hub in Milan

The new operational centre will occupy 2,000 square metres of dedicated logistics space, providing a base for deliveries across the city. FS Logistix said the facility could expand depending on market developments and customer requirements.

The service will initially focus on areas with significant retail activity and demand for urban distribution. Coverage is expected to extend gradually across the wider Milan metropolitan area.

Click & Log will offer same-day deliveries, night-time and holiday distribution, scheduled transport and urban micro-logistics services. Its operations will also include shipment tracking, smart packaging and real-time customer support.

The company plans to use a dedicated fleet of environmentally oriented delivery vehicles to serve businesses operating in densely populated urban areas, including locations subject to traffic restrictions.

## FS Logistix extends its last-mile delivery operations

The Milan launch follows the introduction of Click & Log in Rome, where the company has already established its urban distribution model.

Sabrina De Filippis, Chief Executive Officer of FS Logistix, said the expansion forms part of the company’s efforts to develop an integrated logistics platform serving businesses and urban communities.

The company is positioning Click & Log as a service for retailers and other businesses requiring flexible delivery schedules and shipment visibility within metropolitan areas.

According to FS Logistix, the model combines local distribution facilities, digital shipment management and dedicated vehicles to address urban delivery requirements while seeking to reduce the impact of freight transport in city centres.
