Constellation Cold Logistics has acquired Norwegian cold storage and food logistics company Impruv Logistics AS, expanding its temperature-controlled warehousing and transport operations in the Nordic market.

The transaction, announced on 12 October 2026, adds 25,000 temperature-controlled pallet positions to Constellation’s Norwegian network, increasing its total storage capacity in the country to approximately 90,000 pallet positions.

The acquisition also strengthens the company’s transport operations and adds a recently developed logistics facility in southern Norway.

## Acquisition expands Norwegian cold storage capacity

Impruv Logistics operates from Langangen, near Porsgrunn, serving food producers, importers and distributors across the Norwegian supply chain.

The company provides temperature-controlled warehousing and food logistics services, combining storage infrastructure with transport and supply chain operations.

According to the announcement, the facility began operating in December 2025, making it a relatively recent addition to Norway’s cold chain infrastructure.

Following completion of the acquisition, Impruv will become part of Constellation’s existing Norwegian operations, bringing additional storage capacity, local market expertise and customer relationships into the group’s network.

Constellation said the integration is intended to support further development of its services in Norway and strengthen cooperation between the acquired business and its existing regional operations.

## Constellation continues European expansion

The acquisition forms part of Constellation’s wider development of a European temperature-controlled logistics network.

The group currently operates across ten countries, with more than 1.2 million pallet positions supporting food storage and distribution activities.

Its operations combine cold storage facilities with logistics services designed to support temperature-sensitive supply chains.

The addition of Impruv expands Constellation’s presence in Norway while strengthening its Nordic logistics platform.

The companies have not disclosed the financial consideration for the transaction or announced specific investment commitments associated with the integration.
