The integration of Colis Privé and PAACK brings together parcel delivery operations across five European countries, with a combined network handling 150 million parcels annually.

CEVA Logistics has announced the integration of Colis Privé and PAACK under a single brand identity, bringing together their last-mile delivery operations across five European markets.

The combined business operates in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, handling approximately 150 million parcels annually through a network of more than 17,000 out-of-home delivery points.

The integration is intended to provide e-commerce retailers with a unified delivery offering, combining Colis Privé’s established distribution network with PAACK’s technology capabilities.

According to CEVA Logistics, the first operational benefits of the integration are already in place, while the PAACK brand will be introduced progressively to customers and partners from January 2027.

## Combined network covers five European markets

The integrated operation brings together parcel delivery infrastructure across several major European e-commerce markets.

Its network includes approximately 8,000 out-of-home delivery points in France, 1,500 in Belgium and 8,000 in Spain, alongside operations in Luxembourg and Portugal.

Through the combined platform, CEVA Logistics aims to simplify delivery management for retailers operating across national borders, providing access to complementary distribution networks and technology systems.

The company said the integration has already supported the implementation of a joint delivery solution for a major international retailer.

However, CEVA has not identified the retailer or disclosed the volumes handled through the new arrangement.

## Integration supports broader logistics network

The consolidation forms part of CEVA Logistics’ efforts to strengthen its end-to-end logistics services within the CMA CGM Group.

By bringing Colis Privé and PAACK together, the company is expanding the coordination of last-mile delivery services with its wider logistics operations.

The combined business will target major retail customers and e-commerce companies requiring parcel distribution across multiple European markets.

While the operational integration has begun, the transition to the PAACK brand is scheduled to take place gradually from January 2027.

CEVA Logistics has not disclosed any associated investment value, workforce changes or timetable for completing the full integration.
