Capital Maritime Finance Corp. has announced the binding price range for its planned public offering in Greece, as the containership owner prepares to seek admission to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Athens.

The company has set the offering range at €7.00 to €7.68 per share, with the public offering opening on 13 October and scheduled to close on 15 October 2026. The offering covers up to 42 million new common shares and is intended to raise approximately €250 million, with the possibility of raising up to €300 million under the terms approved by the company’s Board of Directors.

The announcement, dated 12 October 2026, follows approval of the company’s prospectus by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 7 October. The final offer price will be determined through an electronic book-building process and will be the same for institutional and retail investors.

## Offering to support containership investment programme

Capital Maritime Finance currently operates a fleet of 13 containerships with a combined capacity of 27,891 TEU, according to the company’s published information.

Its expansion programme includes 23 additional containerships scheduled for delivery through 2028, which would increase the fleet to 36 vessels upon completion of the planned deliveries.

According to the company’s prospectus, the aggregate amount expected to be paid for the acquisition of the 23 additional containerships under the relevant shipbuilding and share purchase agreements is approximately $1.8 billion.

Projected contracted charter revenue through 2038 amounts to approximately $3.9 billion. These figures reflect the company’s investment plans and projections rather than completed investments or realised revenue.

The planned stock market listing comes as Capital Maritime Finance prepares for the expansion of its containership fleet, with the public offering forming part of its broader financing arrangements.

## Public offering opens on 13 October

Under the announced terms, the public offering opened at 10:00 a.m. Greek time on 13 October and is scheduled to close at 4:00 p.m. on 15 October.

The final offer price will be established within the binding range of €7.00 to €7.68 per share, following assessment of demand from qualified investors.

The company has also disclosed commitments totalling €70 million from cornerstone investors, subject to the terms of the offering. Retail investors are expected to receive an allocation of at least 30% of the shares available after the priority allocation to cornerstone investors, subject to the applicable allocation provisions.

Based on the previously established maximum offer price of €7.84 per share and an assumed €250 million capital raise, the company estimates net proceeds of approximately €239.3 million after issuance expenses, using the assumptions set out in the offering documentation.

Admission to trading remains subject to approval by Euronext Athens, including satisfaction of the applicable free-float requirements. If admission is not achieved, the capital increase will be cancelled and funds returned to participating investors under the announced arrangements.

The public offering and proposed listing have not yet been completed. The final offer price, proceeds and share allocations will be determined following the subscription period.
