C3is Inc. has entered into a new voyage charter agreement for its Aframax tanker Afrapearl II, securing a gross rate of $175,000 per day for an estimated 25-day round voyage.

The contract was concluded through a wholly owned subsidiary of the shipping company, which operates vessels transporting dry bulk commodities, crude oil and petroleum products. The Afrapearl II is a 115,804-deadweight-tonne (DWT) Aframax tanker built in 2010.

Based on the announced daily rate and voyage duration, the contract represents approximately $4.38 million in gross charter revenue, assuming the voyage lasts 25 days. This calculation does not account for voyage expenses or other costs and should not be interpreted as net earnings.

## Second MR tanker delivered during third quarter

Alongside the new charter agreement, C3is confirmed that it took delivery of its second Medium Range (MR) product tanker during the third quarter of 2026.

The addition increased the company’s tanker presence and brought its total fleet capacity to 311,431 DWT. The announcement did not identify the newly delivered vessel or provide its individual carrying capacity.

C3is also reported an estimated fully diluted net asset value (NAV) of $11.73 per share. The company cautioned that the figure represents an estimate at a particular point in time and is based on assumptions and valuations that may change.

According to C3is, the estimated NAV should not be interpreted as the amount shareholders would receive for their shares, either currently or in the future. The company also noted that asset valuation methodologies can differ between businesses and industries.

The latest update combines a new voyage charter for the Afrapearl II, the completed delivery of an additional MR product tanker and the company’s estimated net asset value per share.
